It's a rather weary one from Viera... Giggs...gets past Viera, past Dixon, ... who comes back at him, it's a wonderful run by GIGGS! Sensational goal from Ryan Giggs ... in the second period of Extra time...He's cut Arsenal to ribbons ...and the team with ten men go back in front, 2-1! (And from here on as Andy Gray waxes lyrical, as usual, this becomes more a translation than anything ... love the accent!)

Well what stalemate? What stalemate? Stunned Arsenal fans... Joyous United fans. And if this is the last Semi-final replay goal we ever see,(it actually does go on to be the last ever semi-final replay goal) well, it'll rank with some of the greatest ever scored. He just bobbed and weaved and kept going, and when it needed a finish, my God did he give us one. What a strike, after beating three, four, five players.
