So I've been posted to ASLC. Feel like I've been posted to a dumping ground... Especially when so many of my section mates were given 'better' postings .. Like SIGNALS and PROVOST. Damn.

Khai's little barbecue was a nice distraction from the reality. Met up with some of the classmates. Have to say that it was really nice to just sit around and talk. Definitely very serene compared to what transpired later on..

So Pesky let Geri drive his Bmw. A lot of screaming, shouting ensued. But in the end we all came out of the car in one piece. Really brave of pai to let her drive it.. If I had a beamer I wouldn't let anyone near it.

Gah. Sick. Running in the rain-drenched AHM... what else could have followed? What a lousy way to spend your three off days.

I need to change myblog template. It's too cluttered and unsightly.

book-in-book-out

Book-ins are ever so depressing. And the misery of this book-in is only compounded by my little post-ndp 5-day holiday. This wonderful, almost-forgotten feeling of spending the day how ONE wants to... unfortunately has to come to and end. At least it ended on a high... played soccer with Ben and Weiqi's classmates. It was a wonderful game.. really shiok. Hope there's a next time and hope they'll call me along again. :)

Nutcracker's up next... heard from others that it's really tough. All that digging and proning and stand-to-ing. Ergh. Just can't wait to get it over with. Cos after that there's really nothing much left of BSLC except.. POC!

Hope I get a really nice posting. Dont want to chiong-sua too much. Hopefully something that doesn't allow my brains to waste away.

Go figure ...

Two mathematicians are walking around town one day. The first mentions that that day is a special day for her, as all three of her daughters are celebrating their birthdays. The second mathematician is a great problem solver, and asks if she can have some hints to guess the daughters' ages. The first mathematician agrees, and gives the first hint:

"The product of their ages is 36."

The second mathematician thinks for a minute, and says that she needs another hint. After a little bit of thought, the hint is given:

"The sum of their ages is equal to the number of windows on this building."

The second mathematician can see all of the windows on the building, and accepts the hint. However, she says that she still doesn't have enough information, and asks for a third hint:

"My oldest daughter has blue eyes."

The second mathematician is now able to figure out the answer, and states the ages of the daughters.

What are the daughters' ages?
