So tomorrow I start on a new journey! After so many years in the relative shelter of the education system, I finally become an adult in age and in deed. They say NS makes men out of boys. For my sake I hope that's true. :)
Because I don't have to be mediocre anymore, I'm actually going to work hard in NS. Not exactly sure what that means right now, but I can assure you I'm going to apply myself more than I have in CJC.
To Amanda: So happy to see you in CJC! It'll be a good place for you. Hope you don't make the same mistake(s) as I did, hope you'll have even more fun that I did, hope you'll grow as much as I did (physically too!), and hope you'll make good friends like I did. Hit the ground running! :D
To Melissa: Get well soon! Enjoy your time in the US, although I'll be back before that happens. Actually i dunno why i'm so drama, it's only two weeks! And while I'm in Tekong, Happy Birthday! :D
To Mum and Dad: Don't worry, I'll be fine. The house will be (significantly) emptier, but the home won't be.
To my good friends: Enjoy civilised life! To the other guys going into army later (Inami khai and gang) watch out! To the girls going into Uni, good luck and take advantage of your (extremely unfair) advantage over us guys. :)
